We are delighted that you have decided to apply to Beijing International Bilingual Academy (BIBA) for your child’s education. We recognize the importance of choosing the right school for your family. BIBA welcomes applications from students of all nationalities and seeks to offer education to all eligible students who identify with the school's values and to maintain a diverse student population representative of race, gender, color, religion, national and ethnic origin, abilities and economic background. Applications for admission are accepted throughout the whole school year and subject to the capacity of intended program requirements. The process is as follows.

Step 1: Arrange a Visit (recommended) 第一步：預(yù)約參觀（建議）

School Visits and Open Houses are available and are a great opportunity to meet our team and learn more about BIBA. We encourage all parents to make an appointment and visit our campus before enrolling in our programs, in this way parents will be able to know our school culture personally and ask any questions.

學(xué)校定期舉辦校園說(shuō)明會(huì)及開(kāi)放日， 同時(shí)鼓勵(lì)所有家庭報(bào)名前先預(yù)約參觀海嘉學(xué)校，親自到校了解，感受校園文化并咨詢相關(guān)問(wèn)題。

Please understand that it is not an easy process to go through the evaluation for your child. Please know that we have carefully considered and designed our admissions process to be as fair as possible for each student. We do consider the fit of the family as part of our decision. We ask for your patience and please take the time to understand our mission, vision, philosophy, and application process, and to ensure that you and your family fit with our educational philosophy and process. We appreciate how hard it is to wait for our decision and we thank you for considering BIBA.

Step 2: Submit Online Application第二步：在線申請(qǐng)報(bào)名

Families interested in sending their child to BIBA should submit their application through Open Apply. Applicants must fill the appropriate application form, submit all the required documents to be considered.

如需申請(qǐng)海嘉學(xué)校，申請(qǐng)人必須填寫(xiě)完整的在線報(bào)名表，提交所需資料，方可進(jìn)入面試/測(cè)試環(huán)節(jié)。

2.1 Apply Online 在線報(bào)名

-Please open the link or scan the QR code below for Apply Online.

2.2 Check "Application Submission" Email, submit completed documents within one week. 查收“報(bào)名成功” 郵件，于一周內(nèi)提交完整的申請(qǐng)材料。

-Photocopy of Hukou Book (Chinese passport holder) 戶口本首頁(yè)及孩子本人頁(yè)復(fù)印件

- Photocopy of parents’ ID card (Chinese passport holder) 父母雙方的有效身份證復(fù)印件各一份（正、反面）

- Photocopy of valid passport and visa page of student and both parents (foreign passport holder) 學(xué)生及父母雙方的有效護(hù)照及簽證頁(yè)復(fù)印件各一份 (外國(guó)籍家庭)

- Photocopy of student immunization record 學(xué)生疫苗本復(fù)印件

- Recommendation Letter (Required for KG to G12 students) The recommendation writer must email it directly to BIBA Admission Office.推薦信（申請(qǐng)學(xué)前班至12年級(jí)的學(xué)生須提供）請(qǐng)教師將推薦信發(fā)送郵件至： Please email the recommendation form to: KG-G5: esadmissions@bibachina.org ; G6-G12: mshsadmissions@bibachina.org.

- Copies of student’s previous school report ( Required for G2-G12 students) 學(xué)生近一/兩年的成績(jī)報(bào)告（申請(qǐng)2年級(jí)-12年級(jí)的學(xué)生須提供）

-Other materials (e.g, art works, competitions/art awards, daily quiz paper, homework, etc.) 其他輔助材料（如：藝術(shù)作品、競(jìng)賽/藝術(shù)獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)、平時(shí)測(cè)驗(yàn)成績(jī)、平時(shí)作業(yè)等）

- Complete the Health and Physical Examination Form 填寫(xiě)健康記錄表

- Complete the School Service Form 填寫(xiě)學(xué)校服務(wù)表

- Withdrawal and Refund Policy signed 簽署轉(zhuǎn)退費(fèi)政策與規(guī)定

- Complete the School Bus Application Form, if necessary 填寫(xiě)校車(chē)申請(qǐng)表（如需要）

Step 3: Interview and Notification 第三步：面試與通知

Application is only considered successful after we have received all of the documents listed above and payment. An interview or testing will be arranged for your child afterwards according to the interview/testing schedule.

我們僅在收到全部資料的情況下視為學(xué)生已完成申請(qǐng)流程并會(huì)按順序安排面試/測(cè)試。學(xué)生需按學(xué)校安排的日期參加入學(xué)測(cè)試。

Parent will receive one of the following notifications from school:

- Acceptance letter along with school fee invoice and health check information letter

- Waitlist notification email, or

- Rejection email

面試/測(cè)試完成后，您將收到以下郵件之一：

- 錄取通知書(shū)、學(xué)費(fèi)單及入學(xué)體檢通知

- 等位通知郵件

- 未錄取通知郵件

STEP 4: School Fee Payment 第四步：付款（學(xué)費(fèi)及其他）

Full payment is required before a student may attend class. Please refer to the invoice for the amount due, the due date and the bank information. Please add note of your child’s name and grade level while transferring, and please send the bank slip to bibaf@bibachina.org after transferring. For all students accepted, placement will be guaranteed upon confirmation of receiving school fee from the BIBA Finance department. If full payment is not received by the due date, we cannot guarantee the placement for your child.

學(xué)生入學(xué)前須完成全額付款。請(qǐng)按照學(xué)費(fèi)單金額及學(xué)校賬戶信息，在繳費(fèi)截止日期之前完成付款。對(duì)于所有通過(guò)測(cè)試/面試的學(xué)生，我們將在收到財(cái)務(wù)確認(rèn)后安排學(xué)位。如財(cái)務(wù)部未在繳費(fèi)截止日期前收到學(xué)費(fèi)付款，我們將不能保證您孩子的學(xué)位。請(qǐng)?jiān)诟犊顣r(shí)務(wù)必注明您孩子的姓名與申請(qǐng)年級(jí)，并將付款憑證發(fā)送至finance@bibachina.org。

STEP 5: Preparation for entering school 第五步：準(zhǔn)備入學(xué)

- ECC and KG students need to submit valid transfer certificate from the previous kindergarten; otherwise, student needs to provide Health Check Report. G1 to G12 new students need to provide Health Check Report. Either of the documents mentioned above should be valid within 3 months prior to school starting date

The Transfer Certificate or Health Check Report has to be submitted only to Admissions Office directly to avoid possibility of losing them.

幼兒園至學(xué)前班新生在入學(xué)前需提供婦幼二期系統(tǒng)出具的帶有二維碼且在有效期內(nèi)的轉(zhuǎn)園證明。如無(wú)法提供轉(zhuǎn)園證明，則需進(jìn)行新生入園體檢。一至十二年級(jí)新生需提交體檢報(bào)告原件，并包含化驗(yàn)單原件。開(kāi)具轉(zhuǎn)園證明或體檢時(shí)間須在開(kāi)學(xué)前三個(gè)月以內(nèi)。

- Pick up uniform according to the notice 在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)領(lǐng)取校服

- Confirm school bus time and stop, if necessary 校車(chē)時(shí)間與地點(diǎn)確認(rèn)（如需要）

- Prepare for school according to the welcome letter receive via email. 按照新生歡迎郵件的提示進(jìn)行開(kāi)學(xué)準(zhǔn)備。
