大家上午好，我是陳行健。今天我要向你們分享一些我去年在北京四中國(guó)際課程佳蓮校區(qū)中所經(jīng)歷的一些個(gè)人改變。

　　在這所學(xué)校里，我遇見(jiàn)了幾位我非常崇拜的同學(xué)。他們有的很勤奮，有的很聰明，有的很獨(dú)立，有的很深沉。我從他們身上學(xué)到了很多東西，也和他們一起度過(guò)了很多難忘的時(shí)光，所以我永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)忘記這些同學(xué)和朋友。

　　這里的大部分課程都和普通高中的課程不同。這里的課程更加靠近真正的知識(shí)，沒(méi)有那么多背誦和應(yīng)試。這里也有幾名杰出的老師，他們擁有激情，技巧，知識(shí)與智慧，所以他們可以將學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程變得有趣而不那么累人。通過(guò)這些課程和老師，我體驗(yàn)了另一種教育模式：學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程很流暢、很自然、也很有趣，成果也非常成功、扎實(shí)。我非常喜歡這種教育方式，因?yàn)樗屛腋杏X(jué)和聽(tīng)老師在上面無(wú)聊地講課很不一樣，我學(xué)習(xí)這些知識(shí)也感到很快樂(lè)。

　　學(xué)校生活中，可能會(huì)有各種各樣的問(wèn)題和情況。比如班里可能會(huì)頒布一條嚴(yán)格的新規(guī)定，或者學(xué)生們覺(jué)得課程不適合他們。然而，盡管這些事情可能導(dǎo)致一些麻煩，它們?cè)谀撤N程度上鍛煉了我的心智，也讓我變得更加成熟。當(dāng)我遇到一個(gè)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候，我會(huì)與和這個(gè)問(wèn)題相關(guān)的人溝通，收集信息，然后想出一些可能的解決方案并分析每一方在這些方案里的得失。最后，我去和各方協(xié)商，力求一個(gè)對(duì)包括我在內(nèi)的大家都更好的方案。有些嘗試成功了，有些失敗了，但在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，我學(xué)會(huì)了如何協(xié)商以及如何在對(duì)局面無(wú)能為力的時(shí)候調(diào)整自己，接受不太理想的情況。環(huán)境會(huì)改變?nèi)耍扇艘材芡ㄟ^(guò)巧妙的方法改變自己環(huán)境。

　　Good morning everyone, my name is ChenXingjian. Today I am going to share some personal changes happened in last year in this school to you.

　　In this school, I met a number of students that I eally admired. Some of them are industrious, some are smart, some are independent and some are thoughtful. I learned a lot from them, and had some good time with them, so I will never forget these classmates and friends.

　　Most of the courses here are taught in a way different from how classes are taught in normal Chinese high schools. They were closer to real knowledge and had less memorizing or test-preparing. Also, here are some great teachers. They have passions, skills, knowledge and intelligences, so they could make the process of learning interesting and less tiring. From these courses and teachers, I experienced another form of education, in which the process of learning was smooth, natural and interesting, while the result was successful and solid. I really like this way of educating, because it isdifferent from listening to teacher’s boring lectures and made it a pleasant journey tolearn knowledges.

　　In the school life, various problems and issues might arise. For example, a strict rule might be introduced to the class, or students might feel the class not fit for them. However, even though these matters could cause some trouble, they somehow strengthened my mind and made me more mature. When I meet a problem, I keep in touch with people who concerned with it, collecting information, then work out some possible solutions and analyze the gain and loss for each side in these solutions. Finally, I negotiate with each side and tried my best to achieve a better situation for everyone, including myself. Some of these attempts succeeded, and some of them failed, but through this process I learned how to negotiate, how to adjust myself and how to adapt to a bad result when I really can do nothing about it. I am going to stay in this school and adapt to the environment. While environment changes people, people could also make some differences in the environment through ingenious methods.
