　　攜帶材料：Materials:

　　1、學(xué)生身份證復(fù)印件

　　Copy of student’s ID

　　2、戶口本戶主頁以及學(xué)生頁復(fù)印件

　　Copies of the household register

　　3、學(xué)生成長手冊或前一年成績單

　　Student handbook or previous year transcripts

　　4、一寸彩色免冠證件照5張

　　Five one-inched colored photos

　　5、學(xué)生個(gè)人生活用品

　　Students' personal belongings for daily use

　　6、學(xué)生近三個(gè)月體檢報(bào)告(二甲及以上級別醫(yī)院常規(guī)檢查，包含但不限于 肝功能、胸透、身高、體重、視力)

　　Student’s medical report in less than three months ( routine inspection in 2As and above level hospital, including but not limited to liver function check, chest X-ray, height, weight, eyesight)

　　正式開學(xué)：2023年9月5日

　　Official school start: September 5, 2023
